Where do we get the license?
To be married in Eureka Springs, you may use a license from any courthouse in the State of Arkansas.
You must return the license to whichever courthouse you got it from.
PLEASE NOTE EUREKA SPRINGS COURTHOUSE DAYS HAVE CHANGED.
THEY ARE NO LONGER OPEN ON SATURDAY.
NO COURTHOUSE IN ARKANSAS IS OPEN ON SATURDAY TO ISSUE MARRIAGE LICENSES.
The Eureka Springs Courthouse is now open from 8:30 - 12pm, 1pm - 4:30 M - F
Closed Saturday, Sunday & Holidays & during inclement weather.
If it's a long holiday, they do take the extra day. Best to call first & check hours. 479.253.8646
Arkansas does not require blood tests, witnesses or a waiting period. Getting a license at our local courthouse is easy!
