One of the most delightful ways to "tie the knot" is the ancient Celtic custom of handfasting. In centuries gone by, handfasting was a popular custom, especially in the British Isles. It disappeared for a while, & is now experiencing a big resurgence in popularity.
It's a lovely, literal method illustrating the binding marriage contract. The couple cross arms & join hands, forming a figure 8, the symbol of infinity. The officiant asks a series of formal questions, & each time the couple answers, a cord or ribbon is placed over the joined hands.

"Selena was amazing. We decided to get married in Grotto Springs and the little area was beautiful. Selena had lovely words to say and she even prayed over our rings. The little things she did were what made this even better for us. We added the Handfasting ceremony to our vows and that was a great way to add something special. Thank you again, Selena, for making our day so special."
