Where do we get the license?
To be married in Eureka Springs, you may use a license from any courthouse in the State of Arkansas. You must return the license to whichever courthouse you got it from.
PLEASE NOTE EUREKA SPRINGS COURTHOUSE DAYS HAVE CHANGED.
The Eureka Springs Courthouse is now open from 8:30 - 4:30 T - F, 9 - 1 Sat, Closed Sunday, Monday & Holidays & during inclement weather. If it's a long holiday, they do take the extra day. Best to call first & check hours. 479.253.8646
If you wish to obtain a marriage license on Monday, you can get one at the courthouse in the nearby town of Berryville, AR. It’s an easy 20 minute drive. They are not open on Saturday but they are open on Monday. 870.423.2022
Arkansas does not require blood tests, witnesses or a waiting period. Getting a license at our local courthouse is easy!
